Crab Cakes

1 lb Frog Island Brand Crab Meat
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs (Italian Style)
1/4 Cup Dried Onions
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions:

Mix breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, onions, seasonings and crab meat together gently and thoroughly. Shape into cakes. Pan or deep fry until crab cakes are golden brown. Approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side. Serve and enjoy!

Steamed Crabs

Water
Vinegar
1/2 Cup Old Bay Seasoning
1 Dozen Frog Island Crabs

Instructions:

The pot should have a raised rack, minimum 2 inches high. Add equal amounts of water and vinegar to just below level of rack. Layer crabs; sprinkle each layer with Old Bay. Cover and steam until crabs are red.

Crab Imperial

1 lb Frog Island Brand Crabmeat
1 Package Original Recipe Crab Cake Classic Seasoning
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Egg
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Flour

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Mix 1 package crab cake classic with 1/2 cup mayonnaise in a large bowl. Gently mix in crab meat. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a saucepan. Stir in 1 tbsp flour and cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Slowly add 1/2 cup milk, stirring constantly; cook until thick. Remove from heat and gently stir in crab meat mixture. Spoon into individual crab shells or a greased 1-qt casserole dish. Beat together 1 egg and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Spread on top of crab meat mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
