Crab Cakes

1 lb Frog Island Brand Crabmeat
1 large egg
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 cup bread crumb (Italian style)
1/4 cup dried onions
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, onions, seasonings add crabmeat and mix gently and thoroughly shape into cakes. Pan or deep fry until browned (approx 3 to 5 minutes per side). Serve and enjoy!!!


Steamed Crabs

1/2 cup Old Bay Seasoning
1 dozen Frog Island Crabs

Pot should have raised rack, minimum 2 inches high. Add equal amounts of water and vinegar to just below level of rack. Layer crabs; sprinkle each layer with Old Bay. Cover and steam until crabs are red.


Crab Imperial

1 lb Frog Island Brand Crabmeat
1 package Original Recipe Crab Cake Classic seasoning
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup
1 egg
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour

Mix 1 package crab cake classic with 1/2 cup mayonnaise in a large bowl. Gently mix in crabmeat. Melt 1 tbsp butter in sauce pan. Stir in 1 tbsp flour and cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Slowly add 1/2 cup milk, stirring constantly; cook until thick. Remove from heat and gently stir in crabmeat mixture. Spoon into individual crab shell or a greased 1-qt casserole. Beat together 1 egg and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Spread on top of crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 450 degrees oven 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
